We arrange the introduction and assist with analysis and negotiation. The decision and the signature belong to the investor and the company.
We structure your transaction and present it to the right financiers. The decision to finance always rests with the financier.
After the first conversation, we send you a written proposal, restated in the mandate: what is due, for what, and when.
